Working alongside Romano Sidoli Consulting for the Purely Bid and Croydon Council, Full Fat were appointed to look at a feasibility study to regenerate a 45,000 Sq Ft disused shopping centre site in Purley.
This year, London's Borough of Culture was awarded to Croydon Council, and our role was to work with them to assess the dilapidated site and put forward develop plans that would encourage high footfall to the area, whilst making it attractive to all ages and demographics.
Over a period of three months, we engaged all stakeholders and surveyors to look at how the site could be cleared & made operationally safe again, while pulling together a detailed financial model on the proposed leisure activities we planned to put in for a 1 year tenancy.
