This 15,000 capacity student focused festival prides itself on pushing two clear genres of music, RnB/Hip-Hop/Urban one day, and Dance/D&B/Garage the other. Full Fat have produced this highly successful two day student festival in the centre of Cardiff for many years now and it's a favourite in our calendar.
Full Fat is responsible for the overall delivery of the event, and be that the associated costs.
Assisted in securing investment.
Manage a substantial 2 day event budget.
Cash flow forecasting / ticket trend analysis
Communicating with all stakeholders and suppliers, as well as working with partners.
Overseeing the marketing plan and execution
Producing the Event Management Plan for council sign off.
Liaising with production on the build and operations of the event.
Ultimately being responsible for the delivery and safety of the event.
